NSSC Soccer Field Directions

LOCATIONS AND RULES

We are very fortunate to have the fields we have so PLEASE show your respect and honor the rules and our club by performing a self check. Please report any situation you deem not in the best interest of our youth or what would not be considered in the realms of Zero Tolerance to our Admin at vpofadmin@northsoundsoccerclub.com -

Below you will find a complete listing of our fields. Maps to each field can be opened in a new window by clicking the field name.

Klein Fields - The posted speed limit driving into the fields is 5 mph.  Please maintain this speed limit at all times. As you turn into the field, take a quick left on the unpaved road.  Do not enter the road that leads to the residence area; that is a restricted area.  Simply remember to drive slower if the conditions have made the gravel road bumpy.  We will do our best to keep the quality of the gravel portion desirable; however, please remember that it all comes with volunteers.  If you have the means to help in this department, please contact Lee Evenson the Field Commissioner.
-          Stay away from all buildings on the field property
-          Porta-a-potties are available
-          All kids not participating in a practice must be supervised at all times
-      Do not leave trash behind
-      Stay off fences and trees!
-      NO DOGS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE COMPLEX

Lakewood H.S. -
We are provided special permission to use the Lakewood H.S. fields, and there are some rules we must follow to continue our use of this area.
-          Please leave the practice fields clean
-           Absolutely no driving on the grass or parking in front of ANY gates.  School policy states that these gates, whether chained or standard type gates, must be accessible by emergency vehicles at all times. Cars blocking these gates are a not only a violation of school policy but also a violation of local laws.
-No pets allowed as is true on any school property your team may end up traveling to.

Arlington Airport (aka Quake Park) - This is located right next to the Arlington Boys and Girls Club and is a great spot to practice and have games.  Please try to be willing to share your field or combine teams for practice so all get an opportunity to use this wonderful facility. All of the rules on packing out what you bring in apply to any of the fields we are allowed to utilize. Coaches and Managers are asked to enforce N.S.S.C. policies with their teams while using this or any other facility. The best parking for this area is just one driveway North of the Boys and Girls Club. There are also swing sets for the younger children that may get bored watching practice at the park just north of the field, however, please be prepared to escort them as there is a active street they will need to cross to get there.
-Pets are allowed in this area.  Please keep them off of the fields and on a leash.  Please don't forget to pick up after them also.

Stilly Fields (aka Twin Rivers) - The Map is just a little off on this one. The fields are on your left just after you cross the bridge East bound on Hwy 530. This is another nice facility that has great areas for your soccer player's siblings to play during those practices and games. If it is a nice day out, there are also places to have a picnic after your game or practice. Make sure to take advantage of your drive into Arlington as there are many wonderful stores and eateries in this cute town. You will also find gas stations, grocery stores, and a Les Schawb if you happen to need one. These fields are maintained by the city parks dept.,  and as with all of the other field we get to use this one needs to be observed as a luxury to use.
Note: Pets on a leash are allowed at this city park; however, they are not welcomed on the soccer fields proper.  Please remember to pick up after them also.

As Always, PLEASE pay attention to how you park your car.. Usually a large open spot in a prime location is a good sign of where not to park especially right at the end of the field behind the goal!

Also - Please No Pets Allowed on the playing fields proper.
