Q: How much is the Registration at Legacy FC?
A: The Registration fee is $725.00 with $250.00 due at time of registration. Every Legacy FC player has to be involved in the club fundraiser. New for 2012 a required 3 hours of volunteer time or you can buyout for $30.00.
Q: Are there monthly payment options?
A: Yes, once the registration fee of $250 is paid you can chose to pay the remainder of your balance over 10-months, we are using Korrio this year and we will be able to set up auto draft from your bank account, credit or debit card. This is our preferred method for people using the payment plan.
Q: What is the Balance after the $250.00 registration?
A: It is $475.00 for club fees (training, league fees, klein field maint,) and team fees. Teams fees include coaches fee, tournaments, winter field and lights, equipment, spring league.
Q: What does the Marron and Silver teams mean?
A: The Maroon team is top level team for the age group, they play at the highest level and requires the most commitment from the players and parents, the cost is usually high for this team. The silver team plays at a lower level and the cost is a little less due to the team usually only goes for 7 months
Each year, Washington Youth Soccer sets the earliest allowed tryout date for each age group, following quickly after the end of state cup for that age group. In general, all premier and select clubs try to hold their tryouts on the first possible weekend after that date. In cases where players try out for multiple clubs, it is bad for both players and clubs not to have tryouts on a common weekend.
Even without vacation conflicts, every year there are unavoidable issues related to injuries and illness on tryout days. In any case, register for the tryout -- Our coaching staff is developing a process to accommodate players that might have to miss tryouts. Players on current Legacy FC teams are known to our coaching staff, and that information can inform our process. Watch our web site for updated information. If you have other tryout related questions, email us from here Please include your player name and current team.
