Coaching Philosophy:
One of my strengths as a coach is the ability to motivate players through positive reinforcement, and to help them identify and achieve both personal and team goals. I have been told that we keep the game fun for our players and treat them with a level of respect; they have sometimes missed when they have played for other select level teams. I coach because I have a passion for the game of soccer. One of my goals is to help prepare our players to be competitive at whatever soccer level they may desire to attain.
