Shannon has developed a passion for the game through her experiences as a player, and now as a coach enjoys instilling those same values and respect for the game in future competitors. Shannon has been coaching and training since 2003. Shannon credits her coaching style to the mesh of training she received as a player from the top coaches & trainers in Washington State.
Shannon has coached at Legacy since 2009 with her husband Bryce Barker. Shannon & Bryce’s teams have accomplished many successes through their years at Legacy, including State playoffs, League Championships, Tournament Championships and individual player achievements. The teams’ continuous success is a reflection of their discipline, excellent work-ethic, commitment and desire to achieve more.

Cascade High School: 1999-2003 Four year letter winner, two-time All-Area First Team – Midfielder, one-time First Team All-State, three WESCO North Championships, two Bi-District Championships, Undefeated Season (2002), Second Place State Finish (2003), Voted Captain (2003), Voted Most Inspirational (2003).
